Design Internship Summer 2021
During Summer 2021, I landed a design internship in New York City with the women's contemporary fashion brand, Amanda Uprichard. I worked alongside the design team and bore witness to the entire process of creating a line for one whole season, Spring 2022. Here you will see a short description of what my "everyday life" was like as an intern and all the CAD illustrations that I created in Adobe Illustrator. I was one out of eleven students selected to compete by professors out of 93 students to share my internship experience at the UNCG's Consumer, Apparel, and Retail Studies Annual Internship Competition and won the "Best Oral Presentation" award.
